This is a nice 80's Slava with a distinct 70s vibe, no doubt due to the fashion timelag between the Communist states and the capitalist West because it was almost certainly made in the eighties. A sweet burgundy dial that is dark in the middle but fades to a paler claret at the margins, and a retrofuturist arrow day date aperture make this a watch of distinction. It's a domestic model so all dial script is in elegant Cyrillic.
This is powered by the 26 jewel double mainspring 2428 movement. Double mainsprings are a feature otherwise found in only a few high end watches.
A highly accurate movement that also has an automatic big brother in 26, 27 and ,very rarely, 32 jewel versions.
